Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team at support@skinhealthandyou.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused or gently used skincare items in their original boxes, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Send your return using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
